a grading plan and report approved
by the Public Works Director and a
qualified Soils Engineer. Upon com-
pletion of the grading the Soils
Engineer shall certify,that the grad -.
ing has been completed according,to
the plan and the grading ordinance.
A reproducible copy of the grading
plan on a standard size sheet shall

be furnished to the Public Works
Department.
7. That all improvement plans be pre-
pared on standard size sheets by .a
licensed civil engineer.
8. That access rights from Lots 1 and
4 to the perimeter arterial highways
be dedicated to the City,except for
one drive to be located on Ford Road
approximately 1,000.feet- easterly of
Jamboree Road. Access to Lots 2 and
3 will be determined when they.are
developed;
9. That utility easements be at least:
15 feet wide.
10. That the final design of the streets
and the water and sewer systems be
as approved by the Public Works
Department;
