Street. The balance of "D" Street to be a
40 ft. roadway with a 52 ft. right -of -way.
7. Eliminate "X" Street between Irvine Avenue and
Tradewinds Drive. Provide a new street through
lots 482 and 475 -- centerline of new street
should line up with Francisco Drive on the
westerly side of Irvine Avenue.
8. Street tree planting to be installed in accordance
with policies established by the Park, Beaches
and Recreation Department.
9. Subdivision to be rezoned from an Unclassified
to an R -1 -B District.

10. In order to provide a non hazardous vehicular
approach, a turn - around on all lots fronting on
"Westcliff Drive" must be provided.
Tract 3606
The tentative map of Tract 3606 being a proposed sub-
division of a portion of Lot 164, Block 53, Irvine's
Subdivision consisting of 3.8 acres divided into 13
R -3 lots, located between Bedford Land and Mariners
Drive and westerly of Irvine Avenue, was recommended
to the City Council for approval, subject to the
following conditions:

meeting. The Commission explained to the applicants
present that said resubdivision applications should not
be approved until the City Council indicates whether the
rezoning of subject property is in order.
