AMENDMENTS Planning Commission Amendment No. 216 which No. 216 proposes to amend Districting Map No. 16 so APPROVED as to cause a Portion of Lot 14, Block 632, Corona del Mar Tract and a Portion of the 14 • foot alley adjoining Block D of Tract 323, located at 614 Dahlia, Corona del Mar, to be rezoned from an R -2 to a C -1 District was Motion x recommended to the City Council for approval. A -218 Planning Commission Amendment No. 218 which proposes to Amend Sections 9103.01., 9103.11, APPROVED 9103.21 and 9103.31 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code relating to signs in residential districts was recommended to the City Council for approval subject to the condition that all signs in the R -A, R -1, R -2 and R -3 Districts Motion x be limited to two (2) square feet. Fred Mac Donald for an extension of one.year of Use Permit No. 1079 which permits the construction of a duplex and two car garage on Lots 26 and 27, Block 220, Section A, located at 202 and 204 West 21st Street, Newport Beach, and recommended approval.
