A special meeting of the NEWPORT BEACH CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION was called by the Chairman for 9:15 A. M.
Thursday, April 4, 1940.
The call by the Chairman was issued over the telephone
for the time mentioned at the residence of Secretary
Seager.
ROLL CALL:
Commissioners present: Hopkins, Patterson, Whitson,
Estus, and Sec'y. Seeger.
Commissioners absent: Briggs, Williams, Findlay,
Hodgkinson.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
Com. Estus made a motion that the Secretary be instructed .
to advertise a hearing for the regular meeting to be held
on April 17, 1940 upon the matter of the application of
Glee W. Gray and Mary Gard Jameson for the rezoning of
• Lots 2, 4, and 6, Blk ljj, re- subdivision of Corona del
Mar from R -1 to R- 2.classification.
Seconded by Com. Patterson.
Motion carried. and so ordered by the Chairman.'
ADJOURNMENT:
Com. Pattersonmsde a motion that the meeting
adjourn. Seconded by Com. Whitson.
Motion carried and so ordered.
