Commissioners Absent: Curtis, Autry MINUTES Minutes of the regular meeting on March 18, 1965 and adjourned meeting on April 1, 1965 were approved on motion of Commissioner Downing, seconded by Commissioner Jakosky, and carried. A request dated March 25, 1965 from the Costa Mesa Union School District requesting a report as to whether the Newport Beach Planning Commission favors acquisi- tion of a proposed school site located in the vicinity of 16th Street and Whittier Avenue was held over until an adjourned meeting on April 22, 1965 at 3:00 P.M. in Motion x the City Council Chambers. Second x All Ayes ADDITIONAL BUSINESS The Commission reviewed the "Policy, Objectives and Principals" pertaining to heliports and helistops and directed that Items B and C, Page 2, be deleted. The staff was instructed to bring this matter back to the Commission after the adoption of the enabling ordinance by the City Council. On motion of Commissioner Jakosky, seconded by Commis- sioner Downing, and carried, the meeting was adjourned until April 22, 1965 at 3:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers.
