Commissioner Keene stated that an attorney sharing the same office: space with him represented one of the property owners: and he therefore felt he should not participate in the hearing. Acting Chairman, George Lind, conducted: the hearing on this matter. 'Motion Precise Plan No. 4 was approved by Resolution and Second recommended to the City Council.
