Balboa Boulevard, Newport Beach, Lot 26, Block 4, East Newport Tract, Zone R 3, and established that the 21' save overhang into the rear yard could be computed as part of the covered parking requirement, approved depth of 19'6" instead of required 20' for two covered parking spaces, and subject to the condition that the supporting posts Motion x maintain all required setbacks. Second x All Ayes On motion of Commissioner Higbie,,seconded by Commis- sioner Jakosky, and carried, the meeting was adjourned until May 7, 1964 at 8:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers. RayGP .
