4. Applicant proposes to subdivide said lot into three (3) lots, each being
45' wide by 102.86 in depth. Each lot will contain 4590 square feet.
5. To develop the property in accordance with its highest and best use by
making three (3) separate suitable R -3 building sites;
6. This application was referred back to the Planning Commission due to
a misunderstanding of previous decision. (March 15, 1956)
7. Application was clarified and may be subdivided into 3 lots subject to the
following conditions:

3. That each of the three property lots be restricted to

4. That the form of the easement and performance of the

City Engineer and the City Attorney.

be waived.

Mr. Tanis would fall under Section 9103.73 "Uses Prohibited" of

The Chairman of the Commission presented a letter dated April 17, 1956
signed by Larry Wise, Hahn.1fise and Associates, Planning Consultants,
in which he suggested an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance in
reference to cornices, eaves, canopies, marquees etc. .(Section
9105.h)
It was recommended that this matter be held over for farther
study.
