MINUTES Minutes of the regular meeting on March 17,
1966 and adjourned meeting on April 7, 1966
were approved on motion of Commissioner Copelin
seconded by Commiss.ioner Dosh, and carried.
FINAL MAPS
Gict 6113 The Commission considered the final map of.
Tract 6113, being a proposed subdivision of
Block 93 of Irvine's Subdivision consisting of
25.695 acres divided into 69 lots and Lots "A ",
"B" and "C ", located north of Crown Drive and
northeasterly of Mac Arthur Boulevard, in the
Harbor.View Hills area and recommended approval
subject to the following conditions:.
1. That.all improvements be constructed
as required by ordinance and the Public
Works Department.
2. That Section 9253.21 of the Subdivision
Ordinance regarding map scale be waived
provided maps drawn accurately to a
scale of V' = 100' are furni.shed the
Public Works. Department.
3. That al'l:gra:ding be in.accordance with
a grading plan and report approved by
the Public..Works Director and a qualifie
Soils.-Engineer. Upon completion of the
grading, the Soils Engineer shall certif
• that-the- grading h °as been completed
according to the plan and -the Grading
Ordinance. A reproducible copy of the
grading plan on a standard size sheet
shall be furnished to the Public Works
Department.

4. That the water system be connected to the
2500 GPM Big Canyon Pump .Station with
a line of 8" minimum diameter.
5. That 0.3 acre feet. of capacity rights
(one maximum day's demand) in S.an Joaqui
Reservoi.r'be deede`d'to the City. (A
letter has been received from the Irvine
Company agreeing to.deed these capacity
rights in a single document including
capacity rights needed for other develop-
ments.)
6. That the developer pay his share of the
cost of the Master Plan Zone III water
facilities. (A separate agreement has
been prepared in which the developer
agrees to pay these costs.)
7s That the developer construct sidewalks
on Crown Drive and on Crown Drive North
adjacent to the subdivision.' A 5'
sidewalk adjacent to the curb is propose

on those streets because of the diffi-
culty of parkway maintenance when lots
do not front on streets.
8.' That vehicular access rights from the
northwesterly side of lots 6 through 15
be dedicated,.that vehicular access

North be dedicated, and that vehicular
access rights to Goldenrod A.ve.nue.from
Lots 1 and 41 be dedicated.

9. That the street width requirements of
Section 9254,14 of the Subdivision Ordi -.
nance be waived for the westerly interior
streets, and the widths approved as

10. That underground storm drains be con -
structed along the northwesterly tract
boundary to a satisfactory point of
disposal in the natural drainage course
westerly of MacArthur Boulevard oppo-
site Lot 7, including upgrading of the.
existing drain across MacArthur if re-

quired.
11. That the 10' utility easement provided
over Lot "A" be shown on the final map
as an easementt for emergency vehicle
access.

tion shall be approved by.the Public
Works Department.
11. That the requirement for a frontage
road on an arterial street be waived.
