That all improvements be constructed as re- All Ayes quired by Ordinance and the Public Works Department including off -site sewage facilities. 2. That the following Sections of the Subdivision Ordinance be waived: A. That the tract be rezoned from an Unclassified to an R -1 -B District with the exception of Lot 86, which is designated for park purposes. • 5.
