Tract 4892
The final map of Tract 4892 consisting of 31.91 acres
divided into 86 residential lots located in the Eas,tblu

area was recommended to the City Council for approval,
subject to the following conditions:

will not endanger any property.
4. That the tract be rezoned from an Unclassified
to an R -1 -B District with the exception of
Lot 86, which is designated for park purposes.

5. That Eastbluff Drive be improved from the
existing pavement adjacent to the Corona del Mar
High School to the northerly boundary of
Tract 4892.

6. That the developer be requested.to dedicate
that portion of Eastbluff Drive between the
northerly boundary of Tract 4892 and its
connection to Jamboree Road as shown on the
Tentative Tract Map 4705.
7. That the question of future pedestrian over-
passes across Eastbluff Drive be considered.
Tract 4893
The final asap of Tract 4893 consisting of 41.20 acres
divided into 112 residential lots located in the
Eastbluff area was recommended to the City Council for
approval, subject to the following conditions:
