Jakosky, Curtis FINAL MAPS ,Tract 5877 The final map of Tract 5877 being a proposed subdiviSLOIL of a Portion of Blocks 52 and 56, Irvine's Subdivision consisting of 15.53 acres divided into 95 lots and 1 green area lot of a Planned Residential Development in the Eastbluf£ area was recommended to the City Council for approval, subject to the following conditions: Motion x Second x 1. That Section 9253.21 of the Subdivision Ordinance regarding map scale be waived provided maps drawn accurately to a scale of 1" a 100' are furnished the Public Works • Department. 3. That Section 9254.36 of the Subdivision Ordinance requiring that lots abut on a street be waived in accordance with the provisions of Section 9256.12 provided adequate access is furnished. 4. That Section 9254.31 of the Subdivision Ordinance regarding size and shape of lots be waived in accordance with the provisions of Section 9256.12 5. That the requirement for a perimeter of public streets be waived in accordance with the provisions of Section 9108.5 of the P.R.D. Ordinance. 6. That all grading be in accordance with a grading plan and report approved by the Public Works Director and a qualified Soils Engineer. Upon completion of the grading, the Soils Engineer shall certify that the grading has been completed accord- ing to the plan and will not endanger any property. A reproducible copy of the grading plan on a standard size sheet shall be furnished to the Public Works Department., 7. That the design of the proposed private Page 1. The Commission reviewed and approved in principle a "Policy" pertaining to helicopters, heliports and heli- stops and recommended that if the City Council concurs with the proposed ordinance, that a copy be forwarded to the State Legislative Committee interested in the present action regarding helicopters, stating that the City feels this is the minimum amount of control a Motion x City should have.
