REVISED Submitted to the Planning Commission was a revised ;
MAP final map of Tract No. 2758 being a proposed sub- ;
Tract 2754 division of Lot 2, Tract 1237, Corona del Mar.
APPROVED ; This proposed tract consists of 3.7 acres divided ;
into 24 lots and is located on the north side of
Coast Highway to Seaward Road, between Seaward Road ;
and Morning Canyon Road.

"The Planning Commission, after considerable
study of your communication of March 12, 1959
and reviewing ordinances of other cities, has
come to the conclusion that it will not
recommend any changes in Sections 9106.41,
9106.42 and 9106.43 and, in lieu of making
any change in the Code, we recommend that the
procedure of handling variances and use
permits be changed and that the attached forms,
perhaps with some modifications, be made a part
of the application for variances and use
permits, if granted.
The Commission is of the opinion that Section
9106.5 regarding amendment procedure should
not be changed and that all proposed amendments
to the Zoning Code should go to the City
Council for its consideration."
The Planning Commission instructed the Planning
Director to forward to the City Council the tentative
map of Tract No. 2202 for review and recommendations.

9106.5 of the Municipal Code to determine if said

The Planning Commission moved that the following com-
munication be transmitted to the City Council regarding
the subject matter.
