There also needs to be clarification concerning requirements where there is more.than one shift. 3. Page 8, Section 3. We suggest further wording to give the Planning Director authority to require additional screen - ing where he deems necessary. The Traffic Engineer suggests lower plant- ing at street intersections and that it be held back 35 feet. • 4. Sidewalks are to be required with the proviso that the Planning Director may waive such sidewalk requirement based on an evaluation of precise plans; or may conditionally waive Page 2. Access for fire apparatus shall be provided as required by the Fire Department. 13. Fire fighting facilities such as hydrants and water mains. shall be approved by the Fire Department-.and City Engineer., • 14.
