Com. Hopkins moved they be adopted as written. Seconded by Com. Findlay ,

tention to the fact that the rare THCYPSOIT had been used inadvertently
in lieu of THOMAS. In the paragraph "Variance Application of Clarke R.
Thompson ", it s-- i;auld be corrected in each instance where incorrectly giv-
en. Com. Patterson moved the minutes be corrected a.ccordin :;Ay and ap-

Secretary Seager read a letter referred to the Planning Ccamnission by the: COLSiLUNICATIONS

Secretary Seager read the advertisement, published Yay 6th, covering

that it covered a non conforming unit in a non conforming district. Af-
ter.sane discussion, there being no protests, either verbal or mitten,
Com. Patterson rioved the adoption of Resolution No. 188 recommending th-
Art La Shelle be granted a conditional building -ermit on Lots 1,2,3„4,
'5 and 6, B.B.S.D. and t.h t.the same be transmitted to the City Council
by the Secretary as the recommendtion of the Planning Commission, and a
copy filed as part of the record. Seconded by Com. Findlay. Chairman
Johnson called for Roll Call vote.

Idr. Paul Palmer, tifho was present, was interested in learning when the mat-
ter came up before the Ccuncil and bias advised by Com. Patterson that it
would be cn June 2nd, 1941.
E"'T_R :F 01-; F :F Chairman Johnson advised that he has received a letter from Fire Chief '
CHIEF 0_'001C ER Crocker requesting certain changes in the ordinance with reference to
the storage of gasoline. He advised that he had told Chief Crocker that
we could only amend Ordinance 440 and were powerless to do anything un-
til some action was taken on the new ordinance.
Chairman Johnson then further advised that:Councilman Brown had sent him
a recapitulation of the minutes of the Committee which had been appoint-
ed to thrash out the differences arising over the proposed new ordinance.
Com. Patterson moved these minutes be filed - Seconded by Com. Hopkins
Motion carried and so ordered.
After some further discussion on this subject, Com. Hopkins made a motion
that a copy of the minutes of this meeting-be filed with the City Attor-
ney with the su�rgestion of the Planning Commission that he redraft the or-
dinance to conform to the suggestions containedtherein. Can. Nelson second-
ed, Motion carried and so ordered.

what he desired to do and answered various questions asked him by members
of the Oo^.cnission, Com. Jc'anson a.dvised :::r. Hayes to make application
to the Planning Caamission through it Is Secretary, Dr. Seeger, in the
form prescribed by Ordinance No. 440 and further suggested that he '
contact Dr. Seeger who would be Elad to aid him in making such written
application.
