amortization provisions may be put into an ordinal
to apply retroactively to existing uses, to which
Commissioner Beek proposed for consideration that

to their relationship.)
Richard Hogan, Community Development Director, co
mented that the parking as provided in this proje
satisfies all the conditions and needs set forth
the project, but that staff had concerns regardin
the small size of the property in the location of
3 to 4 point intersection, part of which is leadi
off the bridge from Lido Isle,. so that the traffi
particularly on holidays, comes into play and tha
this could potentially be a very confused situati
in this area, due to the fact that the developmen
of the property is very intense, to its ultimate
use, with boating, residential and office uses pl
ned.
The Public Hearing was opened regarding this iteR

they would be impeding was the 601 10 -story high-
rise, and that the cone of vision that would be

the first floor.
Manny Perez, Archi- Tekton, appeared before the P1

project concern three points: .'1) View, which wa
previously addressed by Mr. Joiner; 2) Access t
