ADDITIONA
BUSINESS
The Planning Director presented a revised plot
1.
plan of the proposed automatic car wash (Use
Permit No. 1271) located at 2931 East Coast
Highway, Corona del Mar, which had been sub-
mitted by Jordan &.Benjamin, Inc., applicants:.
The revision involved a rearrangement of the
.
entrance and parking and.was for the purpose•
of eliminating the.condition that the two R -2-
•
lots be combined into,a single parcel. After
lengthy discussion the Commission decided the
condition should remain and therefore took .
no action on the revised.plan.
2.
The Commission, by unanimous vote, strongly
commended Assistant City Attorney, George D.
Roberts,for his distinguished and dedicated
service during his tenure as an ex- officio
member of the Commission.
On motion of Commissioner Clemence, seconded by
Commissioner Clark, and carried, the meeting
was adjourned.
