The Public. Works Director Asked the Planning Commission
as to whether it intended by its conditions imposed on
Resubdivision 96, approved July 2, 1959, to permit a
retaining wall to be constructed 8' in from the edge of
the 30' right -of -way easement.
The Commission stated that it did not intend to permit
the construction of a retaining wall within the,right-
of -way and that any such retaining wall would have to
