Parkview, Los Angeles, appeared before the Commission on behalf of M. J. Brock & Sons, and concurred with the staff report and recommendations. There being no others desiring to appear and be heard, the discussion was closed. Motion X Motion was made that Planning Commission recomme All Ayes to the City Council that the Final Map of Tract No. 7967 be approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. That all applicable conditions of approval for the amended tentative map of Tract No: 7967 be fulfilled. 2. That "Riptide Drive" be replaced by "Atoll Drive" on the Final Map prior to recordation Request to consider an amendment to Chapter 20.0 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code pertaining to revisions in the height limitations as they pertain to the Ford Aeronutronics site and the North Ford Area, located northerly of Ford Road and between Jamboree Road and MacArthur Boulevar Initiated by: The City of Newport Beach Motion X At the request of Ford Aerospace & Communication All Ayes Corporation, Planning Commission continued,this matter to the meeting of July 7, 1977.
