DA"DSOR — Public Hearing on Mr. and r <.rs.George Dawson vari-
ance application which was sube'_tted on May 26t'r.. Mr.
Thompson stated inasmuch as there was not a quorum present
it would be irregular to officially act on any matters,
but as this ap ^7.icatior gas been ^osted in due form and
had been discussed among t:-_e :::ambers it icight be passed on
at tLis time. As there were no -protests, it was moved by
kind, seconded by Schnitker that the variance requested be

California, for a 50% variance on lot 27, Tract 742,
Balboa Island for buildin a single family dwelling,

out that the baildirg permit had been issued and.that
