ROLL CALL: Present — L.W.Briggs, Roland Thompson City Atty.; E.B.7hitson, P.A.Pali :ier, J.J.Sehnitker,Bldg. Inspector A.'..`.Nelson. Absent: R.L.Patterson and F.T.Briggs.
