That an un -named street which centers Newport Blvd, in the proximity of Short Street and 35th Street be named "Short Street." 3. That 31st Street east of Lafayette Avenue be changed to "Lido Park Drive." 3. July 7, 1960 at 8:00 P.M. was established as a public Motion x hearing date to consider certain amendments to the Second x Subdivision,Ordinance. All Ayes 4. Presented to the Commission was a referral of Use Variance No. 4559 from the Orange County Planning Commission for a recommendation. Said Use Variance was filed for the purpose of increasing an existing trailer park located on the.artheast side of Mesa Drive, approximately 300 feet southeast of Santa Ana Avenue and northeast of Costa Mesa. The Commission moved that the recommendations sub- mitted by the Costa Mesa .Planning Commission be concurred with, which are as follows: 1. The trailer court and apartments are generally in a. condition so as to down grade the surrounding residential area. 2. Long range planning indicates a general Page 4.
