MINUTES
Minutes of the special meeting May 12, 1960, regular
meeting May 19, 1960 and adjourned meeting June 2, 1960
were approved on the motion of Commissioner Copelin,
seconded by Commissioner Marshall, and carried.

FINAL MAPS
Tract 3800
The final map of Tract 3800 being a proposed subdivi-
sion consisting of 14.04 acres divided into 47 lots and

located southerly of Mariners Drive and easterly of
Dover Drive in the Back Bay area was recommended to the
City Council for approval, subject to the following

Variance No. 4559 from the Orange County Planning
Commission for a recommendation. Said Use Variance
was filed for the purpose of increasing an existing
trailer park located on the.artheast side of Mesa
Drive, approximately 300 feet southeast of Santa
Ana Avenue and northeast of Costa Mesa.
The Commission moved that the recommendations sub-
mitted by the Costa Mesa .Planning Commission be
concurred with, which are as follows:
1. The trailer court and apartments are
generally in a. condition so as to down
grade the surrounding residential area.
2. Long range planning indicates a general
