as large groups as may desire to do so. The Chairman threw the meeting open for
discussion.
Mr. Bert Mills took the floor stating that in his opinion the three cancer

neither 1006 commercial nor a residential area. He said that during the last
season the markets could not take care of the barracuda brought in and case of
the local canneries took care of it for the fishermen. Mr. Mills summed up his
remarks by stating that the local canneries here nos, were the pioneers in the
city and are an asset to the community and well able to take care of local needs.
He hoped if any favor were shown, it would be given to the canneries now in ez-
istencs.

zone under which any fish cannery can operate and therefore, no sons had been
mentioned in the legal advertisement. Cam. Hopkins pointed out that the creation
'of a zone (M-1) for fish canneries is a very different thing then spot zoning
