June 27th 1934,
• A Special Meeting of the Planning Commission of t
City of Newport Beach was held on the above date.
On Boll Call the Following meraber.s'wrre found to
present:
E.Moore, John Vogel, Caraoza H.Sloan, Hal Will Sm-
ith, ueorge P? Wilson and F.C.Brookings. in additio
to the above members the Commission was honorea
with the presSfence Vr I..Deaing `i'ilton representative
of the State Planning Commission. We also were
pleased to kvae Councilman Ellswortk witk us.
The purpose of this meeting being to work out
future activities and plans for the welfare of
our City is: along as broad a manner as possible.
Yr Tilton brought to us a bread vision of his
past experience in City Planning and enthused
the meeting with possibilities for our home
Connunity.
Mr Tilton also pleased us with the promise that
he would try and attend future meetings when
down this way,.

Smith the meeting adjourned to meet July 25tk
