FINAL MAPS
Tract 3702
The final map of Tract 3702, being a proposed subdivisio
of a Portion of Lot 158 and Lot 159, Block 53, of
Irvine's Subdivision, consisting of 6.88 acres divided
into 19 residential lots located in the West Upper Bay
area was recommended to the City Council for approval,
subject to the following conditions:

COUNCIL REFERRAL
The Planning Commission considered a letter from the
Costa Mesa Union School District dated May 25, 1964
requesting the Commission to consider elimination of a
secondary street located north of 19th Street in the
Basco, Ltd., annexation.
The Commission directed the Chairman to address a lette
to the Costa Mesa Union School District stating that
since a joint meeting of the City of Newport Beach,
Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach and the County of Orange
'has been scheduled later in the month regarding co-
ordination of Street and Highway plans within the
various jurisdictions, the Commission would defer
taking action on this matter pending the subject meeting.
