Commissioner Steelman made the following motion in connection with certain City -owned property: "The Planning Commission requests the City Council not to • sell any of the City -owned property between 26th and 30th Streets from the easterly side of Newport Boulevard to the westerly edge of the property acquired from the Pacific Electric Railroad until the Planning Department has made a survey to determine whether this property Motion x would be useful for off - street parking purposes by the Second x City of Newport Beach."
