Senior Planner Nuzum presented the final map to
the Commission and the problem of whether or not

William Holstein, representing the Developer
appeared before the Commission and stated that the

from past experience that it was better to address
the lots from the circular street than to name the
alley way as it is less confusing to the public.

ADDITIONAL BUSINESS
City Attorney O'Neil answered an inquiry which was
made by Commissioner Martin several weeks ago in
connection with the financial disclosure laws: He
stated that the Jesse Unruh bill was declared
unconstitutional and therefore no further legisla-
tion of this type could be enacted. However, there
are several bills pending before the legislature
in connection with Section 3750 of the Government
Code dealing with elections and contributions
which should not effect any of the Planning
Commissioners.
