Applicant is also requesting a joint use of the property for a hotel and summer school at the same time, as well as a reduction in the required number of parking spaces. The Commission considered a request from L. C. Miller for a determination that a revise house plan is substantially the same as that approved under Variance No. 902. Mrs. Virginia Malcomson of 323 Jasmine Avenue, Corona del Mar and Mr. J. P. Ingram of 319 Jasmine Avenue, Corona del Mar addressed the Commission regarding the subject plan. After a discussion, the Commission determined Motion x that the revised plan and elevation is sub- Second x stantially different from the one on which the All Ayes variance was granted. On motion of Commissioner Watson, seconded by Commissioner Clemente, and carried, the meetin was adjourned to August 1, 1968 at 8:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers.
