Clark, Clemence, Copelin, Picker Jakosky, Rea, Autry, Downing Commissioners Absent: Higbie MINUTES Minutes of the regular meeting on May 17, 1962, adjourns meeting June 7, 1962, regular meeting June 21, 1962 and adjourned meeting July 5, 1962 were approved on the motion of Commissioner Clark, seconded by Commissioner Copelin, and carried. ELECTION OF OFFICERS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1962 - 1963 Nominations for Chairman were opened. Commissioner Alvan C. Clemence was nominated by Commissioner Copelin, seconded by Commissioner Clark and elected by acclamation. Commissioner Copelin nominated Commissioner Picker for lst Vice Chairman, seconded by Commissioner Rea. Commissioner Copelin nominated Commissioner Clark for 2nd Vice Chairman, seconded by Commissioner Jakosky and Commissioner Picker nominated Commissioner Copelin for Secretary, seconded by Commissioner Clark. The Commission, acting as a whole, unanimously endorsed all nominations and the offices of 1st Vice Chairman, 2nd Vice Chairman and Secretary'were declared filled. FINAL MAPS Tract 4003 The final map of Tract 4003, consisting of 28.79 acres divided into 108 residential lots, located west of Bayside Drive in the vicinity of Coast Highway 101, (Linda Isle) was recommended to the City Council for approval, subject to the following conditions: Motion x Second x 1. All improvements to be constructed as required All Ayes by Ordinance and the Public Works Department except those improvements specifically waived by the City Council. 2. That Section 9253.21 of the Subdivision Ordinance be waived which requires that the final map be drawn to a scale of 1" equal 100'. 3. That Section 9254.14 of the Subdivision Ordinance be waived which establishes minimum design • requirements for streets. The streets in Tract 4003 are to be private streets and are not to be dedicated for public use. 4. Grant to the City satisfactory utility easements Page 1. The Planning Commission, in approving the tract map, expressed concern about the accumulation of debris in the channel area and suggested that some study should be made to arrive at a solution which would eliminate this undesireable situation.
