Kruse Helen Herrmann MINUTES Minutes of the regular meeting.June 16, 1966 and adjourned meeting July 7, 1966 were approved on motion of Commissioner Jakosky, seconded by Commissioner Copelin, and carried. RE ST FOR EXTENSION OF TENTATIVE MAP,, TRACT 6015 The Commission considered a request signed by Gordon B. Jones, Project; Engineer, The Irvine Company for an extension of one year from September 13, 1966 to September 13,.1967 of the subject tentative map. -Mr. Jones spoke.from •the audience, =r.egarding the requested extension,.. indicating -that the request was made in order to allow the construction of 'buildings prior to-the filing of the final map in order to precisely locate the exterior.walls in accord with the record map. The Commission recommended approv,al.of a..one Motion x year extension of tentatl.ve map, Tract 6015, Second x as previously approved and conditioned by the All Ayes City Council and subject to an off -site, off- street parking reciprocity agreement to the satisfaction of the.City Attorney, 4MENDMENTS The Commission considered Amendment No.. 217 which proposes to amend the Newport Beach Municipal Code to provide.a mapped street ordi- nance for the regulation of existing and future buildings within proposed =street right of way anal- ,recomm.e.nded approval.
