The PlanningbCommission met in regular session
• August 1, 1926.
The roll call disclosed the following members
present; Briggs, Sloan, Kressley and Williamson.
A quorum was declared and the meeting proceeded to
the transaction of busihess.
On motion of Mr. Greeley, seconded by Sloan, and
carried, that all vacation proceedings be referred
to the City 'Engineer for examination and recommend'
ation. Action postponed on all.vacation proceedings
requested.
On motion of Greeley, seconded by Sloan and carried
that Mr. Hilmer be notified that proceedings have
already been started in compliance with his request.
On motion of Sloan, seconded by Kressley, and
carried, a letter to the Board of Trustees request-
ing an appropriation of $500.00 be in the present
budget for 1927 for the use of the Planning Comm-
ission for use in payment for necessary expenses,
also that the City Attorney be instructed to pre -
pare a ZONING ORDNANCE for the use of this city.
This letter was submitted for the action of the
Planning Commission b the secretary.
