Clark, Clemence, Copelin, Ficke , Higbie, O'Brien, Marshall, Rudd, Steelman AMENDMENTS A -116 Planning Commission Amendment No. 116 which proposes to establish five foot front yard setbacks for Blocks 19, 21 and 22, Tract 772, located at 300 to 492 inclusive, Motion 62nd Street,.-Newport Beach, California, was recommended Second x to the City Council for approval. All Ayes A -117 Planning Commission Amendment No. 117 which proposes to amend Section 9105.4, paragraphs (e) and (f) of Article IX, Planning and Zoning Regulations, regarding alley setbacks and accessory buildings was recommended to the Motion City Council for approval subject to the condition that Second x paragraph (f)'be held over for further study. All Ayes COMKUNICATICNS Presented to the Commission was a communication with accompanying map dated July 28, 1961, addressed to the City of Newport Beach Planning Commission, signed by William L. -Dunn, Director of Planning, requesting recommendation on a petition of the Costa Mesa Planning Commission to rezone from an R -2 to an R -1 Dwelling District property in the general area between East 15th Street and 16th Place and between Orange and Tustin Avenue, in Costa Mesa. The Commission unanimously endorsed the subject petitioi Motion x and commended the Costa Mesa Planning Commission for Second x its continual study in upgrading property. All Ayes Page 1.
