The tentative map of Tract 6015, being a proposed sub-
division of 147 acres divided into 32 lots, located
north of Pacific Coast Highway, between Jamboree Road
and Mac Arthur Boulevard (proposed Newport Center
commercial development) was held over until August 19,

The Planning Commission is particularly interested in
assuring that the design utilized for the building
emphasizes view passages to Newport Bay between and
around the proposed towers. If it is not possible to
achieve such guarantees, the Planning Commission would
then recommend against the proposed zone change ".
