Present: Parks, Dennison, Smith, F. W. Briggs, L. Briggs, Hilmer, Tilton, Patterson and Fire Chief Crocker. Absent: ';rs. Willi aas. ?Finutes: Reading of minutes dispensed with on account of the absence of Mrs. Williams, our secretary, who is ill. The Chairman appointed L. Ti. Briggs to act as SecretGry, pro ten.
