Staff indicated that the delay would permit the staff to address itself to.the following issues: (a).the ramifications approval of the subject application would have upon similarly zoned parcels in the • vicinity; (b) the future street configuration of Lido Park Drive, Lafayette Street and 32nd Street; (c) the impact this and similar and more intense developments would have upon the area and the concomitant problems such as traffic, sewer and water facilities, and the like; (d) the effect that approval of the application might have upon the pending Balboa Peninsula Study and related Traffic Survey.
