COMMISSIONERS lace: ouac1Y U&1 l 610 Rr CALL Commissioners Present: Dosh, Jakosky, Curtis, Clemence, Autry, Rea, Downing Commissioners Absent: Clark, Copelin TENTATIVE KLPS Tract 5740 The Commission considered the tentative map of Tract 5740, being a proposed subdivision of a Portion of Block 52, Irvine's Subdivision, consisting of 15.42 acres divided into 75 lots and 1 green area lot of a Planned Residential Development in the Eastbluff area and recommended approval, subject to the following conditions: 1. That all improvements be constructed as required Motion x by ordinance and the Public Works Department. Second x All Ayes 2. That the boundary of the final tract map be checked by the County Surveyor before being submitted to the City for approval. 3. That Section 9253.21 of the Subdivision Ordinance • regarding map scale be waived provided maps drawn accurately to a scale of 1" a 100' are furnished the Public Works Department. 4. That Section 9254.36 of the Subdivision ordinance requiring that lots abut on a street be waived in accordance with the provisions of Section 9256.12 provided adequate access is furnished. 5. That Section 9254.31 of the Subdivision Ordinance regarding size and shape of lots be waived in accordance with the provisions of Section 9256.12. 6. That the requirement for a perimeter of public streets be waived in accordance with the pro- visions of Section 9108.5 of the PRD Ordinance. 7. That all grading be in accordance with a grading plan and report approved by the Public works Director and a qualified Soils Engineer. Upon completion of the grading the Soils Engineer shall certify that the grading has been completed according to the plan and will not endanger any property. A reproducible copy of the grading plan on a standard size sheet shall be furnished • to the Public Works Department. 8. Tract 5741 The Commission considered the tentative map of Tract 5741, being a proposed subdivision of a Portion of Block 52, Irvine's Subdivision, consisting of 8.54 acres divided into 42 lots and 1 green area lot of a Planned Residential Development in the Eastbluff area and recommended approval, subject to the following condition;: 1. FINAL MAPS Tract 5692 The Commission considered the final map of Tract 5692, being a proposed subdivision of a Portion of Block 52, Irvine's Subdivision, consisting of 17.07 acres con - sisting of 69 lots and 1 green area lot of a Planned Residential Development in the Eastbluff area and recommended approval, subject to the following condition;.- 1. That all improvements be constructed as required Motion x by ordinance and the Public Works Department. Second x All Ayes 2. That Section 9253.21 of the Subdivision Ordinance regarding map scale be waived provided a map drawn accurately to a scale of 1" m 100' is furnished • the Public Works Department. 3. September 17, 1964 at 8:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers was established as the date, time and place to conduct a second public hearing regarding the adoption of a new element titled "Capital Improvement Plan" to Motion x the Master Plan of the City of Newport Beach. Second x All Ayes 2. Chairman Clemence appointed Commissioners Curtis, Downing and Jakosky as a committee to discuss with the City Council multiple story developments in R-3 Districts.
