MINUTES
Minutes of the meeting of August 17, 1967 were
approved on motion of Commissioner Clemence,
seconded by Commissioner Jakosky, and.carried.

FINAL MAP
The final map of Tract 6425, being the third
section of the Harbor View Hills development
TRACT 6425
by John D. Lusk & Sons, was recommended to the
City Council for approval, subject to the
fo.11owing.conditions:

sion Ordinance regarding map scale be
waived provided maps drawn accurately

the Public Works Director and a quali-
fied Soils Engineer. Upon completion

19;20.040 for a 40 foot wide paved
section and 60 foot wide right -of -way
be waived for the interior cul -de -sacs
and short loop streets to permit:widths
of.36 feet -on 56 feet.
6. Determine the amount of the,bonds to
be 50% of the cost of the improvements.

The Commission conducted a hearing on the pro-
posal to revoke Use Permit 1215 granted to
