MINUTES Minutes of the meeting of August 17, 1967 were approved on motion of Commissioner Clemence, seconded by Commissioner Jakosky, and.carried. • FINAL MAP The final map of Tract 6425, being the third section of the Harbor View Hills development TRACT 6425 by John D. Lusk & Sons, was recommended to the City Council for approval, subject to the fo.11owing.conditions: Motion x Second: x 1. That all improvements be constructed All Ayes as required by ordinance and the Public Works Department. 2. That Section 19.16.030 of the Subdivi- sion Ordinance regarding map scale be waived provided maps drawn accurately to a scale of I",= 100' are furnished the Public Works Department. 3. That all grading be in accordance with .a grading plan and report approved by the Public Works Director and a quali- fied Soils Engineer. Upon completion • of the grading, the Soils Engineer shall certify.that the grading has been completed according to the plan and the grading ordinance. All driveway areas shall be separated from planting areas wherever possible . by a 6 inch concrete curb.. 10. Eaves, balconies and other projections shall be not less than 3 feet from a property line. 11. The Planning Commission shall reserve the right without necessity of. further hearings to require minor modifications of any of the foregoing conditions or the working drawings if such modifica- tions will achieve substantially the same results and will in no way be detri- mental to adjacent properties and im- provements than will the strict compli- ance with said conditions and preliminar plans.
