Place: Council Chambers COMMISSIONERS ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Dosh, Jakosky, Curtis, Clemence, Autry, Rea, Downing Commissioners Absent: Clark, Copelin MINUTES Minutes of the regular meeting on July 16, 1964, the adjourned meeting on August 6, 1964, the regular meeting on August 20, 1964 and adjourned meeting September 3, 1964 were approved on the motion of Commissioner Rea, seconded by Commissioner Jakosky, and carried. �s�rrx� x *:t�t�rx,r* *pmt* MASTER PLAN AMENDMENTS No. 10 Master Plan Amendment No. 10 which proposes to adopt a new element titled "Capital Improvement Plan" to the Master Plan of the City of Newport Beach was recommends to the City Council for approval, following a second hearing.
