Commissioner Sturtevant stated that he and the ; other Commissioners felt that more time should be given to consider preliminary or tentative maps ; pertaining to subdivisions of 5 lots or more. A second policy statement regarding proposed subdivisions adopted and is as follows: "On and after this date it shall be the policy of the Planning Commission to require tentative large scale subdivision maps to show the layout in detail of all abutting properties and further that applic- ants be required to provide a vicinity map to show all pertinent information as to the layout of the general neighborhood. Said information must include: zoning, street pattern, etc., so that the Commission: Motion may relate the subject subdivision to existing Second properties." All Ayes I • I I I I 1 i , 1 I 3. Resolution of Intention No. 627 was adopted to hold one public hearing on an amendment to Section 9254.14 (c) & (d) of Ordinance No. 650 so as to change the required minimum right -of -way in local streets, cul -de -sac streets and service roads from 60' to 561. Business at hand being declared completed, the meeting was adjourned on motion of Commissioner Clemence, seconded by Commissioner Copelin and carried.
