Ernie Wilson, Langdon and Wilson Architects, then
ppeared before the Planning Commission and sub -
itted a letter requesting that Koll Center Nlew-
�ort be exempted from the General Plan Amendment
9 -1 and be dealt with through the Phasing Plan
rocess of Amendment No. 514. He reviewed that
xhibit "A" is a recap of the numbers in the
;taff Report, Exhibit "B" indicates the Koll-
etna property ownerships within Moll Center:New-
aort, Exhibit "C" illustrates that Koll has taken
