Ernie Wilson, Langdon and Wilson Architects, then ppeared before the Planning Commission and sub - itted a letter requesting that Koll Center Nlew- �ort be exempted from the General Plan Amendment 9 -1 and be dealt with through the Phasing Plan rocess of Amendment No. 514.
