That all improvements be constructed as required All Ayes by Ordinance and the Public Works Department. 2. That the following numbered Sections of the Subdivision Ordinance be waived and the changes be approved as noted: A. (Section 9253.21) The final map be drawn • to a scale larger than 1" _ 100' provided a map drawn accurately to a scale of V ■ 100 is furnished the Public Works Department I B. (Section 9254.14) Parkway widths between curb and property line be reduced to 8 feet. C. (Section 9255.24) Sidewalks not be required at this time. Sidewalks will be constructed as Lots are developed. D. (Section 9254.15) Service road requirement adjacent to Mac Arthur Boulevard waived. 3. That vehicular access to Lots 13 and 14 be dedicat d to the City. 4. That the tract be zoned M -1 -A MASTER PLAN AMENDMENTS No. 8 Master Plan Amendment No. 8 (Planning Commission Resolu- tion No. 662) which proposes to amend the Street and Highway element of the Master Plan was recommended to the City Council for approval with the following stipule • tions: Motion x .Second x 1. Brown dated September 17, 1963 for a refund of filing fee of $30.00 for Use Permit No. 972 (Bricker -ward Preparatory) which was approved by the Planning Commission and City Council. Motion x Second x All Ayes 2. A letter from Thomas J. Heyde dated September 24, 1963 requesting relief from the 410" setback as outlined on Page 2 of Off Street Parking Standards was ordered Motion x filed.
