All Ayes TENTATIVE MAPS ; PROVED Presented to the Commission was a tentative map of Tract 3519 being a proposed subdivision consisting i of 44.3 acres divided into 152 single family residen- tial lots located north of Coast Highway adjacent to Corona Highlands in Corona del Mar. ' The Commission recommended that the tentative map be forwarded to the City Council with a recommendation of approval, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the s_reet designated as Somerset Drive be changed to another name as we already have in the City a street named "Somerset Lane ".; ; 2. That the licant initiate action at the time of the filing of the final map to have ' property zoned R -1 -B 3. That recommendations of the Fire Department as set forth in a communication dated September 15, 1959 be complied with. 4. That the recommendations as outlined in a communication from the Public Works Director dated September 25, 1959 be complied with. • 5. Presented to the Commission was a letter dated October 5, 1959 signed by Carter Darnell requesting ; therein that Variance application No. 567 denied by the Commission at a meeting on October 1, 1959 be reconsidered.
