Zimmerman MINUTES Minutes of the regular meeting .September 15, 1966 and adjourned meeting October 6, 1966 were approved on motion of Commissioner Copelin, seconded by Commissioner Clemence, and carried. A -226 The Planning Commission reviewed a. proposed ordinance to amend Sections 20.20.020 and S 20.20.030 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code relating to the size., number and location of commercial signs allowed within the "C -N." District (Neighborhood Commerc.ial). The Commission recommended to the City Council Motion x the adoption of an ordinance which would amend Second x Section 20.20,030 and delete Section 20.20.020 All Ayes as proposed.
