In accordance with Ordinance No. 1059 adopted by the City Council on
September 23, 1963 and Planning Commission Resolution No. 665 approved
on April 2, 1964 and confirmed by the City Council on April 13, 1964, the
Planning Director considered the following use permits:
up-1082 MOSS, Sandy D. 3723 & 3743 Birch St., Newport Beach
Lots 56 and 57 Tract 3201 Zone M -1 -A
APPROVED Construction of a cabinet manufacturing shop and connected offices and
parking.
Approved, subject to the following conditions:
1. That an automatic mechanical dust collector be installed.
• 2. That temporary storage of lumber outside of the building may be
permitted for a period of 24 hours only.
3. That all requirements of the Building and Fire Departments be
complied with.
Applicant agreed to all conditions imposed.
DP -1083 JARVIS, Edward P., Jr. 4043 Birch Street, Newport Beach
Lot 45 Tract 3201 Zone M -1 -A
APPROVED Construction of a truck equipment manufacturing shop, connected offices
and parking.
Approved, subject to the following conditions:
1. That in order to prohibit access to the property, a wire fence, not
less than 6' in height with appropriate landscaping, be provided.
2. That no truck containing liquid petroleum gas be
permitted to be parked within 20' of any property line.
3. That all requirements of the Building and Fire Departments be
complied with.
• Applicant agreed to all conditions imposed.
