The tentative map of Tract 4444, being a subdivision of
Tract. 4444
4.85 acres divided into 34 lots, proposed to be a
Planned Residential Development, located easterly of
Tustin Avenue and northerly of the continuation of
Del Mar Avenue in the Upper Back Bay area, was recommend

to the City Council for approval, subject to the follow -

such deeds shall be approved by the City
Attorney.

Drive and 16th Street. On recommendation of the Planni
staff, the Commission approved the amendment of Conditio
No. 5 to read as follows:
