Nelson Helen Herrmann MINUTES The minutes of the meeting of October 19, 1967 were approved on the motion of Commissioner Copelin, seconded by Commissioner Clemence and carried. FI AL MAP The Final Map of Tract 6467 being a reversion to acreage of 3.68 acres of;Tract 5798 (The T CT 6467 Bluffs) located west of Eastbluff-Drive between Vista del Sol and Vista del Oro was recommended to the City Council for approval subject to the following conditions: Motion x Second x 1. All parking and circulation within the parking structure shall be accept- able to and approved by the Traffic Engineer of the City of Newport Beach. 4. No signs above the second story shall • be permitted. All signing shall con- form to the Sign Code as to size, construction and method of erection: 5. The applicant shall file a resubdivi- sion application tying lots 4 and 5 together within 30 days of approval of this variance. 6. The utilities located in the easement at the rear of the parcel to be re- located in a manner satisfactory to the Public Works Department. 7. It was pointed out to the Commission and the applicant that the Planning Commission has no authority to consider the pinball portion of this application since Section 5.34.030 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code specifically pro- hibits such gaming devices except in the fun zone district of the City. Mr. Francis Ursini and the applicant, Mr. Nick Ursini spoke in regard to this application. Mr. George Pusateri spoke in favor of pocket. billiards.
