Works Department, including street
lights and sidewalk on Hospital Road;
and necessary easements be dedicated
as required by the Public Works Depart-
ment.
4. That a record of survey map be filed.
5. That -any new electric and telephone
utilities be installed underground.

6. That Section 9253.21 of the Subdivision
Ordinance regarding ma-p scale be waived
provided a map drawn accurately to a
scale of 1" = 100' is furnished the
Public Works Department; and that
•
Section 9254.15 requiring service road
construction be waived.
7. That approval be subject to satis-
factory assurance that permanent access
to Hospital Road is guaranteed.
8o That a satisfactory master plan of
utilities be prepared and approved
before recordation of the resubdivi-
sion.
9.- That location of access points be
approved by the Public Works Department.
10. That standard subdivision bonds be
posted and an agreement be executed
to guarantee completion of improve-
ments, and that a standard inspection
fee be paid.
11. That all grading be in accordance with
a grading plan and report approved by
the Public Works Director and a quali-
fied Soils Engineer. Upon completion
of the grading, the Soils Engineer
shall certify that the grading has
been completed according to the plan
and the grading ordinance. A repro -

ducible copy of the grading plan on a
standard size sheet shall be furnished
to the Public Works Department.
12. That all improvement plans be prepared
on standard size sheets by a licensed
Civil Engineer.
13. That the parking added to the existing
R -3 District, contiguous to the C -O -H
District, be striped and paved in
accordance with the plot plan submitted.
14. That a use permit be applied for, and
approved,for the parking in the R -3
District referred to in Condition No.13.
ADDITIONAL
BUSINESS
The Commission, at the request of Richard Jay
1.
Smith, discussed the "blanket" variance granted
Lots 101 - 180, Tract 4224 (Variance No. 728)
concerning interpretation of,or limits of thick-
ness of eaves, marquees, etc. Staff was in-
structed to research the Minutes for previous
interpretations issued on similar matter(s),
and the requested interpretation was held over
pending the investigation.by staff.
On motion of Commissioner Copelin, seconded by
Commissioner Clark, and carried, the meeting
was adjourned.
