All Ayes COMMUNICATI NS The Commission considered an appeal filed by M. C. Selva e appealing from a decision of the Building Department denying his application for a building permit. The Building Department denied the building application plans for the reason that, in their opinion, the struc- • ture was designed for 3 dwelling units on an R -2 lot. The Planning Commission, after reviewing the plans and hearing testimony at the meeting, overruled the decision of the Building Department with the condition that the owners sign a statement, to be prepared''by the City Attorney's office and to be recorded, covenanting and agreeing that the bedroom and bath area on the first floor, adjacent to the garage area, shall be used only in conjunction with,and as an integral part of, the Motion x i single family dwelling unit located on the second floor Second x of the structure.
