MINUTES The Minutes of the meeting of November 7, 1968 were approved on motion of Commissioner • Clemente, seconded by Commissioner Dosh, and carried. Planning.Consultant, Ernest Mayer, Jr.,.pre- sented the following item to the Commission. AMENDMENTS. . Amendment No. 246 which proposes to add Sectio s. A -246 to the Newport Beach Municipal Code regarding CONTINUED parking requirements for commercial districts. UNTIL J�EN:::l6, Planning Consultant Mayer read into the record 966 letters from the following organizations and persons objecting either wholly or in part.to the proposed ordinance: Michael.Potoma, owner of Tastee Freez, Corona del Mar Chamber of Commerce signed by John Semple, President and Jessie Hill,.Secretary, Stephen L. Dunwell of Balboa Island, 88 resi -. dents of Balboa Island, Francis J.
