The Commission considered an appeal filed by C. Ed Soule
appealing from a decision of the Building Department
.denying his clients, -Mr. & Mrs. Robert Dennistoun's,
application for a building permit.
The Building Department denied the building application
plans for the reason that, in their opinion, the second
story addition over the garage to be connected with the
existing single family dwelling by a breeze way, was
designed for a second dwelling unit on an R -1 lot.
