Tract 4824
The final map of Tract 4824 consisting of 12.47 acres
divided into 17 C -O -H lots, located north of Westcliff
Drive and east of Irvine Avenue, Newport Beach,
California, was recommended to the City Council for
approval, subject to the following conditions:
